1. Return Eligibility

You may return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from stains or damages.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  • The return must include the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and details of the issue (defect, damage, wrong product, etc.).
  • Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a pickup from your address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: If the return is due to a defect, wrong item received, or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., color mismatch, change of mind), the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer for rugs and carpets.
  • For cushions only, you can exchange the product once at no extra shipping cost (valid for cushions only).

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product:

  • The product will be inspected within 7 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, has been used, or shows signs of damage not reported initially.
  • Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, you can request a free replacement. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, if it passes our replacement criteria, we will ship the replacement to you at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items or final clearance products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
