An item is eligible for return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from damage. Custom-made rugs are non-returnable.

You can return your item within 3 days of receipt. Ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
3. How long does it take to process the refund?
If the returned item is free from damage and passes our quality checks, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Where is the refund sent?
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used to place the original order.
5. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after initiating a return. What should I do?
If you haven't received an email, contact us via phone or email, and we’ll resend the confirmation to your registered email address.
